Request removal of your data

If you believe your personal information is referenced in Applybird's index, you have the right to request its deletion at any time. We will process your request and confirm by email within 72 hours (and in any event within the period required by applicable law).

Data is removed

Your record is deleted from our index within 72 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email once done.

To ensure your record is not re-added when we refresh our data sources, we keep a minimal record (a hashed identifier only) on an internal suppression list. We use this suppression list solely to prevent your data from re-entering our index, and for no other purpose.

Where your data has previously been shared with our customers or partners, we will also propagate your request to them so that your record is suppressed downstream.
